Shipping & Returns Policy

At Tricomin Clinical, we stand behind our copper-powered formulations and are committed to your satisfaction.

Returns

  • Only items purchased directly from TricominClinical.com are eligible for return under this policy.
  • Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Only unused and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund.
  • Returns must include an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number, obtained by contacting Customer Service at 1.888.966.1010 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
  • Products returned without an RMA number, or outside the 30-day window, will not be accepted.
  • Please use a traceable shipping method for all returns.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued for eligible products, or a replacement will be sent if applicable.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review, and Tricomin Clinical reserves the right to deny multiple refund requests or suspected cases of abuse.

Shipping

  • All domestic orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air.
  • Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95; orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing in addition to shipping timelines.
